Former San Joaquin Partnership CEO Mike Locke has new venture A newly formed partnership focusing on business and economic development has opened it Lodi. Pennino Management Group (PMG) offers expertise in project planning, construction management, organizational development and community relations.
The partners are (picutred above):
Bryan Pennino, ( left) PMG president, is an engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked closely with transportation agencies and railroads.
Vice president Michael Locke (right) has more than 47 years experience in both the public and private sectors in urban planning, city management, economic development, strategic planning and incentive analysis.
Phil Pennino (center), secretary and treasurer, has more than 35 years experience in the electric and natural gas industries, as well as organizational development, community relations, project coordination and economic development in the Central Valley.
San Joaquin Partnership President & CEO Michael Ammann says PMG will be a complementary company to the Partnership's job development programs.
