Police: Fleeing carjackers crash into Stockton home | Crime

STOCKTON, CA - Two 16 year olds who allegedly carjacked a car Monday evening lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a house, injuring two people inside.

Stockton police say the occupants of the home on the 3800 block of Red Oak Lane had superficial injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Officers with a regional auto theft task force were in the area looking for the stolen vehicle when they came upon the crash scene at 6:29 p.m.

After a brief search, the carjacking suspects were captured and arrested not far from the home.
