4 guns, ammo seized in search of Stockton gang suspect's house | Crime

STOCKTON, CA - Four firearms, 430 rounds of ammunition and methamphetamine were seized from the home of an alleged gang member during a Stockton police and gang task force probation search Sunday.
According to the Stockton Police Department, three loaded handguns, a rifle with a silencer and 21.09 grams of meth were recovered at the home of 24-year-old Anthony Gallegos on the 700 block of S. Anteros Avenue just after 5 Sunday afternoon.
Gallegos, who was on probation and for whom there was an arrest warrant, was arrested and booked into custody on weapon, narcotics and gang allegations.
A woman at the residence, 23-year-old Stacy Vera, was also arrested and booked on narcotic and child endangerment charges.
Two children, a 3-year-old girl and a 7-month-old girl were in the home. They were taken to a children's shelter for their protection, according to the police report.
A tip led officers to the bust.
