Police investigate shooting of an innocent 15-year-old | Crime

STOCKTON - A 15-year-old is in stable condition after being shot on Saturday afternoon.

The Stockton Police Department is investigating a shooting after a teenager was brought into a hospital with a gunshot wound.

The victim tells officers that he and his friend were walking in the area of 10th St and Bieghle St when they observed people that they did not know in a dispute.

They heard a gunshot and the 15-year-old boy was struck by gunfire.

The police department is not releasing any suspect information at this time.
