Fun things to do and see at the show:
Interior Design Showcase
This year we are having our first “Dream Room” competition at the show. Three winners will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards and be judged by fellow design professionals. This competition is a new and exciting highlight of our show.
Each entrant will be provided a 10’ x 20’ area to work with. The Delta College Interior Design Department staff and students will be judging the contestants. In addition, the students will be designing a booth of their own that will be judged by the “Dream Room” competitors.
This show’s competitors are:
Jobi Dime Design
Silver Fern Construction
Floral Design Competition
Another great new addition to the show is our very first Floral Design Competition. Local floral designers will enter their best arrangements and have them on display for floral and design lovers to enjoy. Show visitors will have the chance to vote for their favorite!
A show favorite. Visitors take a bingo card filled with booth numbers and visits each vendor until their card is filled. A filled card is chosen at random at the end of the show and wins a prize. Cooking Demonstrations Some of our vendors will do exciting cooking demonstrations throughout the show’s run time. People can learn new cooking techniques and recipes in what is always a popular aspect of our shows.
