Condoleezza Rice to speak at Pacific's Advancing Women's Leadership forum | People
Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will deliver the keynote address for the University of the Pacific's forum on Advancing Women's Leadership, "No Ordinary Woman" March 21.
The forum will bring together diverse and esteemed thought leaders from the local and national stages to inspire participants, especially young women, to make a lasting, positive and powerful impact in the communities where they live and work.
The program will feature opening speaker Christy Haubegger, founder of the groundbreaking "Latina" magazine. There will also be a panel discussion with local leaders Nikki Lowery, Junior High youth pastor and Director of Women's Ministry at First Baptist Church of Stockton; Tori Verber-Salazar, deputy district attorney for San Joaquin County; and Connie Callahan, judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
